One class. Let your child show you the answer.

A trial class isn't a lesson — it's a professional observation. In 60 minutes, we assess your child's creative potential and emotional readiness, then tell you exactly what they need.

Not a lesson. An observation.

Our instructors won't rush to teach technique. We use your child's natural creative behaviour to understand what they genuinely need — that's the real value of the first session.

What do we observe?

We look at how your child responds to new materials, their willingness to create independently, emotional regulation, peer interaction patterns, and fine motor coordination. Every detail informs a personalised learning path.

What will parents receive?

After the trial, your instructor will share a 10-minute debrief: where your child sits in their artistic development, recommended next steps, and a suggested course configuration — an honest professional assessment, not a sales pitch.

Three ages. Three tailored trials.

Children at different developmental stages need entirely different first sessions. We've built a distinct observation framework for each age group.

Sensory exploration first

We begin with tactile materials — clay, finger painting — to observe sensory acceptance and emotional stability. The goal isn't a pretty picture. It's genuine engagement.

Emotion as the medium

Themed projects guide children to put inner feelings into visual form. Our Ho Man Tin primary art programme is specifically designed to ease academic pressure and TSA-related anxiety.

Direction assessment & Portfolio planning

We assess existing technical skills and provide a clear secondary school Portfolio strategy, plus a personal roadmap covering drawing, colour theory, and observational training.

What parents said after the trial

Real responses from families across all three age groups.

"My daughter is four and always anxious in new environments. By the end of the trial, she was asking when she could come back. The instructor's report gave me genuine insight into her emotional needs for the first time."

Mrs Chan

Preschool parent · Ho Man Tin

"My son is in P5 and the TSA pressure had him refusing to go to school. After the trial, he asked me to sign him up — said it was the only place he could actually relax. Being right opposite Pui Ching makes it so easy after school."

Mrs Lai

Primary parent · School Net 34

"We wanted to build a secondary school portfolio for our daughter but had no idea where to start. After the trial, the instructor gave us a clear roadmap — it saved us months of research. Far more professional than expected."

Questions parents ask

Is the trial class free?

The first trial uses a discounted rate, confirmed at the time of booking. The trial fee is fully credited towards your enrolment — making it effectively free if you proceed.

Do we have to enrol after the trial?

Not at all. The trial exists so you can understand your child's needs and decide whether the programme is the right fit. We respect every family's decision — there is no sales follow-up.

What if my child doesn't like drawing?

That's actually the ideal situation for a trial. Many children who "don't like drawing" simply haven't found the right medium or approach yet. That's exactly what the trial is designed to discover.

Do we need to bring anything?

Nothing at all. All materials are provided by the studio. Just bring your child.

Can parents stay during the session?

For preschool (ages 3–5), parents are welcome to stay. For primary and teen classes, we recommend waiting outside — children tend to create more freely without parents in the room. The instructor will give a full debrief afterwards.

Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.
